Admissions policy
The admissions policy outlined here, as well as the Terms of Participation, similar to the booking policy and all other policies, terms and conditions applicable to the Experience made known to you by us, will apply to registration for and participation in the Heart&Soul Experience (“Experience”).
The Experience is jointly organised by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information and the National Library Board (collectively, the “Organisers"). Admission rules
The Heart&Soul Experience
The Heart&Soul Experience is recommended for persons aged 7 years and above.
Each visitor is required to obtain a ticket for entry to the Experience.
The Experience includes some areas with strobe lighting and atmospheric effects (smoke/fog), which may affect participants who are sensitive to such conditions. We recommend participants exercise caution or consult our staff if there are any concerns.
Late Entry
Participants are highly encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before the time stated on the ticket.
Late arrival will result in non-admittance.
If you arrive after your ticket time and miss your allocated slot, we may only be able to accommodate you at the next available slot (which may not be on the same date).
Other Terms and Conditions
Tickets are only valid for the stipulated date and time.
Please note that all tickets must be presented at the point of entry; each ticket admits one person.
Persons without tickets will be denied entry. You may book tickets at the on-site ticket counter, subject to availability.
Unauthorised ticket duplicates will not be accepted. Visitors will need to obtain a new ticket if an existing ticket (or a copy of it) has already been used by another person.
Participants are advised to retain their tickets throughout the show.
Tickets are not for sale or exchange.
Tickets are void if altered.
We may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the show.
Participants must comply with all relevant safety announcements, notices and regulations whilst attending the Experience.
Participants must agree to submit to any search for prohibited items including, but not limited to, weapons and dangerous or illegal substances.
We retain full discretion to grant or deny visitors entry into the Experience.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person(s) or remove any person(s) from the Experience or the premises.
Participants voluntarily assume all risk and danger incidental to the Experience whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the Experience.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury sustained by participants.
Photographs, audio, video and other recordings may be taken of the Experience and Experience participants. We may collect, use and disclose such photographs or audio-video or other recordings, for security as well as publicity/promotional purposes (whether for the Experience or otherwise) and without further notification, remuneration or compensation to the participant.
